How to invite/add users to your BoostedHost Account

BoostedHost allows you to invite and add multiple users to your account, so you don’t have to share your personal login details. This feature is useful for giving access to your developer, account manager, billing team, or technical staff, each with specific roles and permissions. By assigning roles, you can control access levels, improve collaboration, enhance security, and manage tasks more efficiently within your hosting account.

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Login to Your Account:

  2. Navigate to Account Settings:

    • Once logged in, locate and click on the 'Your Name' link usually found at the top right corner.

  1. Account Details Option:

    • Under your account details, click on the 'Account Details' button

  2. User Management:

  1. User page:

  • On user page you can see all the existed users including yourself as Owner.

  • Click on Invite New User button.

  1. Invite New User Page: A popup window will be open to add the new user.

In the email field add the user email address.

  1. All Permissions: Selecting All Permissions grants the user full access to your account. Please use this option with caution.

  2. Choose Permission: By selecting Choose Permissions, you can view the complete list of available access levels. Simply check the permissions you wish to assign. You may grant multiple permissions to each user.

  1. Send Invite: Click the Send Invite button to send the invitation to the user, invitation will be send on user email address which user have to accept to access BoostedHost sub-user account.

Pending Invites: You can see the pending invites, and accepted invitations by visiting the User Management page again.

Special Note: Please grant access carefully to each user, and once their task is completed, remove the user immediately to prevent any unauthorized access or potential security risks.
