Usage of Email:
Email is one of the most essential tools for communication, both personally and professionally. Having your own email account (especially under your domain name) builds trust, improves branding, and ensures secure communication.
Learn how to quickly set up a new email account in cPanel. This guide covers creating email addresses, managing mailbox settings, and accessing your account via Webmail.
Follow these Steps to create an Email account in cPanel:
1: Login to cPanel - Access your cPanel account by logging into your BoostedHost account.
2: Email Accounts - Go to the Email Section and click on the tab "Email Accounts"

3: Email Accounts Page - On the Email Accounts page, locate the existed emails, or you can create a new email by clicking on the blue button "+Create". Note: In this guide we are creating [email protected]

4: Create an Email Account - On the Create an Email Account page If your cPanel account has multiple domains, you can use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate one. In our guide we have only a single domain, it is preselected automatically, and you can proceed directly to the next step.
5: Create a Username: In the Username field, type a Username of your choice. In our guide we are using "admin" as Username.
Note: Usernames may include letters, numbers, periods (.), hyphens (-), and underscores (_), and must not exceed 64 characters in length.

5: Create a strong password: You can either create a password immediately by selecting Set password now or send a login link to an alternate email address, allowing the user to set their own password. For enhanced security, you may also use the Generate option to automatically create a strong, randomized password.

6: Edit Setting: The Edit setting is an optional settings. Click the Edit Settings button to access them.
7: Configure the storage quota for the email account: By default, the limit is set to 250 MB, which represents the maximum space the account can use on the server. You may assign a custom value or select Unlimited if no restriction is required.

8: Folder setting: After setting the storage quota, you’ll see the option Automatically Create Folders for Plus Addressing. When enabled, cPanel will generate folders automatically for emails that use Plus Addressing. If preferred, you can choose to disable this feature.
9: Choose whether to send a welcome email: By default, cPanel is set to send a welcome message with instructions for configuring an email client. If you prefer not to send this message, simply uncheck the option.

10: Final Step: Click the blue Create button to finalize the setup. If you prefer to remain on the same page after the account is created, select the option Stay on this page after I click Create before proceeding.
